PERSONAL TRAINING

Everyone is different and will have different aspirations, goals and challenges to face.  It is my job to listen, inspire, challenge and motivate you to help you reach those goals. I can help with all types of fitness goal from weight loss and building muscle to running your first 5k.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Following our initial free consultation, I will design an imaginative, challenging and fun training programme to get you where you want to be. You will benefit from dedicated one-to-one training sessions which will allow you to focus solely on getting the most from each exercise you are doing.

Your programme will gradually progress over time to ensure you are continually moving forward towards your goal. As your fitness level improves it is vital to keep challenging your body. I will take the stress out of planning what to do next and guide you through your training programme.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?

I use a variety of different equipment, including Dumb Bells, Kettlebells, ViPR, TRX and Medicine Balls. Each exercise, in each training session is designed with your goal in mind.

I also work out of the well-equipped Gym at Twinwoods Adventure which has every piece of equipment you could need from free weights and resistance machines to treadmills, rowing machines and a Power Plate.

HOW DO YOU MOTIVATE YOUR CLIENTS?

My style is an ever changing mix of positive encouragement and no excuse challenges -€“ all depending on what you need on the day. My commitment alongside your own will get you where you want to be.

DO I NEED TO BE FIT TO WORK WITH YOU?

No. I work with clients with all different fitness levels and exercise experience.

Personal Training is all about you and what you want to achieve. You don’t need any past experience, all you need is an open mind and a willingness to give it a go.

I can help with all different types of fitness goal from losing weight and toning up to building muscle or improving your sporting performance.

WHERE DO YOU WORK?

I provide personal training at the Gym at Twinwoods Adventure and even in the comfort of your own home if required. You do not need to be a member of the Gym to have your personal training sessions there.

Twinwoods Adventure is located in Milton Earnest, Bedfordshire and hosts a well equipped gym, swimming pool and sauna / steam room. The Gym is only 10mins from Bedford city centre.
