Welcome

First of all, I want to say a huge well done on spending 9 months growing a tiny human. It'€™s not easy, so WELL DONE! Now that your gorgeous baby is here it is just as important to put as much time and energy into your recovery, health and well-being as you did when you were pregnant. After all, the best gift you can give a baby is a happy and healthy mum!

I know from having two little ones myself the impact children can have on your physical and emotional well-being. The key is not to give up hope. Whatever issue you want to tackle, whether it'€™s to lose weight, improve your energy levels, understand what to eat to help you recover, keep those hormones in check, banish that mummy tummy, reconnect with your pelvic floor or just to grab some much needed '€˜me time'€™, there is a solution.

#TRIBEPLUS - is our amazing new Pelvic Floor Friendly and Core Focused exercise class. Designed as the next step for #TRIBECORE graduates as well as those looking for a fun, friendly and female focused approach to fitness.  There will definitely be no crazy jumping or burpees!
